Defining your return window

Choose how long your customers have to return their items.

To set up your return window:

  1. Select Settings > Returns policy .

2. In the Return window section, enter the number of day(s), week(s) or month(s) in the Time period input field. If you do not wish to impose a time limit on when products can be returned leave blank.

Note: The return window starts from when the order is fulfilled in Shopify. We recommend you leave a buffer to account for delivery to the customer, for example, if your return policy is 30 days then we recommend you enter 36 days.

3. Select the Save button to update changes.
