I am expecting a return label but have not received it?
If you are having trouble finding your return label make sure to check your spam folder. You can find your return label within the email you have received from noreply@clicksit.com.

Do I need an RMA (return merchandise authorisation) number or returns authorisation and where can I find it?
Please contact the retailer directly unfortunately we do not deal with this part of the return, the retailer you purchased from will be able to help. 

I can't find a store to drop off parcels?

Find your nearest Collect+ drop-off point by visiting Collect+ location near you page.

Where is my refund?

Please contact the retailer directly regarding the refund of your return. Unfortunately we just deal with the shipping element of your return so can't assist with queries relating to the refund of money.

I have asked for an exchange not a refund?
Your retailer will manage this please contact them directly to alert them of the fact that you would like an exchange and not a refund.
