If you would like you customers to access your portal at a subdomain (return.yoursite.com) then this can be done easily.

Step 1 

Obtain your return portal URL. This was sent to you after sign up, and will look something like the below:


If you don't have this then please request from support.

Step 2

Go to your DNS provider’s website (e.g. GoDaddy or Cloudflare).

Step 3

Access Advanced DNS settings

Add CNAME record

Set Host name as return, copy and paste your return portal URL into the Points To field.


 The host name must be return 

Copy your return portal URL without HTTP://

Remove the / from the end of the URL

Have added the cname to cloudflare
