Sorted Return Centre lets you create a branded returns portal, which you can embed into your Shopify store and let customers return or exchange products effortlessly. This help guide will explain what steps you need to follow to add a link to either the main navigation or footer of your Shopify store.

1. Log in to your Sorted Returns Center app > Go to the Returns portal page.

2. Go to the Returns portal URL section and copy your returns portal URL

Tip: You can also use the same link in your order confirmation emails to provide customers with a convenient way to initiate a return whenever required. Keeping the transparency only increases trust and will help you build a loyal customer base.

3. Go to your Shopify store’s admin > Online Store > Navigation.

4. Decide whether you want to add your return portal page to the main menu or footer menu and select Add menu item.

5. In the Name input field enter the page title, for example, Start your return.

6. Paste your returns portal URL you copied in the Link input field and select the Add button.

7. Select the Save menu button to make changes to your selected menu.

8. Go to your returns portal and on the main menu you will see your Start your return link.
