No, this is to avoid miscommunication between you and your customers. For example, a customer may have dropped off the parcel to be returned back to your warehouse, but it would cause complications if the request was abruptly rejected or changed mid-transit.

However, we recommend that you contact your customer directly to inform them that a mistake has been made.
