There are a few ways we can setup return labels for you. This is currently only available in the UK.
Free return. Prepaid label sent to customer
With this setup the customer receives a prepaid label via email which can be used to return the item. They are not charged for the return, and we bill you only for the return labels that are used.
Paid Return. Prepaid label sent to customer (amount deducted off customers refund)
With this setup the customer receives a prepaid label via email which can be used to return the item. The retailer deducts the cost off return from the customers refund.
One option is to subsidise the return so that your customers pay part and you cover the rest. This creates a positive returns experience for your customers.
Customer pays up front
With this setup the customer pays before receiving the return label. We don't typically recommend this setup as it does not sync data well with our returns app making the returns less visible, and also can put off customers from returning. In this setup we provide a link where your customer can go to pay for return. You simple include this in the approved returns email. See below.
