The first thing to do is to check if the parcel is on its way back to you via the tracking provided in the app. If there are no updates, please follow the steps below.

For Collect+ claims:

Before you make a claim, a query must have been made first, within 14 days of the parcel entering the Collect+ network (scanned at a drop-off point). You can raise queries if there are delays in the delivery of your return, or you experience issues with the tracking provided. To log queries and to make any subsequent claims you should contact support@clicksit.com, confirming the label tracking number or tracking link.

USPS Claims/label refunds:

If you have any unused labels, you can cancel the label in the app, unless your parcel has already been manifested. If it has already been manifested and you still wish to cancel, you will need to contact support@clicksit.com providing the label number(s). Labels can be cancelled up to 28 days after being generated, providing the label has not been used.

Claims can be made up to 30 days after label generation. You will need to contact support@clicksit.com to start the claims process.
