Streamline your returns with automated refunds within the Clicksit app

First configure your default rules for refunds in the setting page

When a the return request is marked as received the option to refund the order within the clicksit app appears. Hit the green refund button.

Select the items you would like to refund

All refunds amount are calculated automatically, or you can set the amount to refund

Hit refund and the order will be refunded to the customers original payment method, and sent the standard refund notification email from Shopify

Here you can now see the order is refunded
