The Clicksit returns app has the functionality to scan in returns cutting down your processing time.

  1. Shopify User

  2. CollectPlus labels setup

  3. Dashboard access. Available to all please request from support if you do not have access.

  4. USB scanner if want to fully automate. Example

Within the dashboard go to Scan Barcode tab

Place the curser in barcode field

When you receive your parcel back simply scan the barcode on your CollectPlus label.

You then have the option to go to the return in the clicksit app or mark as received.
