Translate your entire customer journey into any language

You can translate your returns portal into any language or edit the default returns portal text to match your brand style and voice. To translate or customise the default text for your returns portal:

1. Select Settings > Translation

2. In the Alternative text input box add your own text against each step of the returns portal.

3. Once you have made all your necessary changes select the Save button.

Note: That a multi-language translation is not possible at this moment.
