Instead of sticking to the current workflow of the emails in our 'Email Setup' page - you're able to send out personalised emails from within the app.

You can find this towards the bottom of the return request -

You're also able to create template emails, if you find yourself having to send out the same email, eg. 'We've still not received your item'.
