Customer image upload

Let your customers upload images of their returns so you can see when something is damaged or the incorrect item.

To ask customers to upload images about their returns:

  1. Go to Settings > Returns policy

2. On the Return policy page scroll down to the Customer image upload section.

3. To enable customer image upload select the Enable customer image upload check box. When this feature is switch on your customers will be able to upload images via the returns portal when returning an item. You can also make it mandatory for customers to upload images by selecting the Customer image upload required check box.

Note: Maximum image size is 1024kb.

4. Select the Save button to save your changes.

Returns portal customer view:

Retailer view: When uploaded you will be able to view this image when processing the return.
