Your shipping address will default to the shipping address held in your Shopify account settings. When going through the onboarding journey for Ship, you will be able to update your shipping address from within the app.

  • Go to the 'Get Started' section of the app

  • Click on the edit icon

  • Update your shipping address details

  • Click save

For any subsequent changes to your shipping address, once you have completed your onboarding, please contact Customer Support who can help with these changes.
