If your UPS parcel is lost in transit, please submit the details in our online claims form.
Your claim needs to be logged within 14 days of the parcel being shipped.
The Customer Support team will review the claim and if the parcel is deemed to be lost, we will send a claim confirmation email and the credit will be used against the next invoice.
