If your UPS parcel is damaged in transit, please submit the details via our online claims form. UPS parcels come with £60 cover.
Your claim needs to be logged within 14 days of the parcel being shipped.
The Customer Support team will review the claim and if the parcel is deemed to be damaged, we will send a claim confirmation email and the credit will be used against the next invoice.
