Your order may require some tweaks following a validation of the address and contact details which have been provided by your customer at the point of checkout. These tweaks will need to be made in the Shopify order before any shipping label can be purchased and the order scheduled to a collection.

In order to resolve any issues you must find the order in your Shopify store and edit the details provided here after confirming these with your customer.

To avoid having to make updates to contact details please take a look at this article which details the recommended settings for your Shopify store.

Email Address Missing / Not Valid

The customer information can be found in the panel on the right hand side of the order screen and using the '...' button the option to 'Edit contact information' can be found. This is where you will be able to add an email address for the order:

When updating customer information in this way please ensure 'Update customer profile' is checked before you save. This will add the information into the customer profile and therefore fix your order for operation in the app.

Please note your 'Edit contact information' screen may look different depending on your Shopify settings.

Contact Phone Number Missing / Not Valid

A contact's phone number can be added to the order with the shipping address details. The customer information can be found in the panel on the right hand side of the order screen and using the '...' button the option to 'Edit shipping address' is available:

This will open an 'Edit shipping address' modal where you can add in a phone number for the order:

Once saved this will enable an update to the order data, making it operational within the app again for the purchase of a shipping label.

Shipping Address Details Missing / Not Valid

A contact's shipping address details can be edited for the order to ensure it fits a valid character length and required information. The customer information can be found in the panel on the right hand side of the order screen and using the '...' button the option to 'Edit shipping address' is available:

This will open an 'Edit shipping address' modal where you can edit the shipping address appropriately:

Once saved this will enable an update to the order data, making it operational within the app again for the purchase of a shipping label.

Completed Edits to Destination Address & Contact Details

When updates have been made to the order to resolve any missing or invalid destination address and contact details will reenable the orders in the app for the purchase of shipping labels:
