Where is my refund - please contact the retailer directly regarding the refund of your return

I don't have a printer - Unfortunately the label needs to be printed to use the service, and it can't be used any other way. You should be able to find a CollectPlus store near your work if it helps printing the label there.  

I have asked for an exchange not a refund - Your retailer will manage this please contact them directly to alert them of the fact that you would like an exchange and not a refund.
