First give the product you don't want to be returnable a tag. Please note that this tag will be displayed to the customer so a customer friendly name explaining the reason it is non-refundable is best.

Within the setup section of the app now set that tag

When your customers go to return the items tagged they will not be able to proceed

You can add multiple tags but please note that each tags should not contain any spaces or special characters.
