Please note that the cost price of the goods must be submitted in the claim as CollectPlus will only cover the cost price of goods. This is your loss

Please do get in touch with us by selecting the ‘live chat’ within the Shopify app or Sorted Returns dashboard and one of our customer service team will be happy to help. Please share the tracking number/parcel ID and the description of the goods to our customer service team to investigate with the CollectPlus team.

NOTE: Collectplus is unable to carry out a search if parcel tracking has not updated for more than 28 days.

Parcels damaged in transit.

To make a claim for a damaged parcel, please complete the claims form.

When you complete the claim form it will automatically contact CollectPlus to try and locate the parcel. If they can't locate they will issue compensation, but to make this all happen as fast as possible it needs to be completed using the claims form below.

-> Take clear photographs of the damage to both the packaging and the contents as these will be required for any claim to be considered.

->Provide a detailed description of the item.

->Provide the item's value, for example an invoice or receipt or eBay reference.
