The return portal is designed to automatically match your theme including fonts, colours and logos. 

You can also edit the text your customers see on the customer-facing return portal. 

When in the clicksit app press the setup tab.


Scroll down to find which area you would like to update, ensure you 'save' so changes are applied.

The customer-facing area will be edited. See the text below where order details are entered.

Also, your return portal theme can be changed if you wish it to look different to the rest of your Shopify store, please scroll to the bottom of the 'Setup' section to change.
