Choose the reasons your customers may select when they return a product. Use our default return reasons or add your own. In addition to the return reason customers can also add notes.
To update your return reasons:
Select Settings > Return reasons.
2. In the Return reasons section, you can customise or use our predefined list of return reasons displayed to customers when they initiate a return request.
3. To add a new return reason select the Add return reason button and enter the return reason in the Reason for return #10 input field.
Note: The "Other" reason will be shown by default in the return portal. By choosing the "Other" reason the customer will be able to specify a personalised reason in a note field
4. To delete a return reason select the Delete icon.
5. Select the Save button to save any changes.
The return reasons will be display to customers via your self service returns portal.
